My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The valley view from the room was beautiful, and the food was decent, but the service could use a lot of improvement. The heating in our rooms was a huge issue, and the dining experience during the New Year's Gala was disappointing at best. I had an amazing stay at the resort located on the beautiful banks of the Beas River. The facilities were top-notch, and I truly appreciated the spacious and modern Duplex Rooms which catered perfectly to our family. Although the housekeeping could improve, particularly in paying more attention to cleanliness, we enjoyed the delicious food and the friendly service from the staff. Overall, this resort is a fantastic choice for families visiting Manali.
