Reviews and Ratings <br />
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The valley view from the room was beautiful, and the food was decent, but the service could use a lot of improvement. The heating in our rooms was a huge issue, and the dining experience during the New Year's Gala was disappointing at best. Overall, while there are some positives, I wouldn't recommend this hotel based solely on my experience.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at Citrus Manali. The location is fantastic with beautiful views, and my room had a lovely garden view, which I appreciated. However, I faced major issues with the cleanliness and maintenance of the property, especially the food quality, which left a lot to be desired. While the rooms were spacious, they showed signs of age and neglect. Overall, there are positives, but a lot of room for improvement.
My stay at Citrus Manali Resort was simply exceptional. The location is breathtaking, with stunning views and a peaceful ambiance. The hospitality from the staff, particularly Rajesh, was remarkable and made us feel truly welcomed. Although the dining prices could be more reasonable, it did not overshadow the fantastic experience we had overall. I can't wait to return for another stay!
I had an amazing stay at the resort located on the beautiful banks of the Beas River. The facilities were top-notch, and I truly appreciated the spacious and modern Duplex Rooms which catered perfectly to our family. Although the housekeeping could improve, particularly in paying more attention to cleanliness, we enjoyed the delicious food and the friendly service from the staff. Overall, this resort is a fantastic choice for families visiting Manali.
The resort is stunningly situated along the Beas River, offering breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains. The rooms are luxurious and boast fantastic amenities, but the dining experience was underwhelming due to limited options and inconsistency in quality. While the service was attentive, it could use more warmth to enhance the overall experience. Despite a few shortcomings, this resort is great for families and is set up well for activities like evening bonfires.
